All admission to Wings and Wizards is by timed entry and must be booked online, below. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. The exhibition starts on time and latecomers may be admitted only during a suitable break.

Each ticket is valid for one person and there is no re-entry.

Please choose your date and time carefully. Tickets can not be changed 72 hours before your booked date and time. Tickets changed in advance of the 72 hour period will incure a $6 fee per person. eg a 2pack ticket change will incure a $12 fee. Ticketmaster fees will not be refunded as part of this process.

Tickets are non-refundable.

We accept the Access 2 card. Cardholders must show their card at the gate. Support persons must add the Access 2 card option when buying a ticket online. It will show up on the next page after adding a paid ticket.  

Tickets are sold individually or in family groups. Please only travel to and attend the exhibition with those who are in your COVID-safe household bubble.  

One wand is included in your group ticket price. Additional wands are available for purchase on-site and in advance online. 

Children of all ages are welcome! Kids under 24 months of age are free, however, you must add on the free child ticket option for them.
