Do you have questions? Well, you’ve come to the right place. Read away and we hope to see you soon!

 

  • Do you get to keep the wands?

YES. Once your wand has chosen you, it’s yours to keep. Huzzah! Wands are also available for purchase at the venue both before the experience and in the gift shop. 

 

  • What are my ticket options? 

You can buy a single ticket (1pack, plus wand) or tickets for up to 6 people in a bubble (6pack, plus wand). Every pack comes with one wand. There are a limited number of ticket packs sold during each time slot and there is only 1 single pack ticket available in each time slot. These decisions have been made according to public health recommendations.   

 

  • Do you offer refunds for tickets?

We do not offer any refunds. All sales are final. Please choose your ticket packs and dates carefully. 

 

  • Can tickets be rescheduled?

Tickets cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of your booked time. For rescheduling tickets in advance of the 72 hour period, there will be a $6 fee per ticket eg for a 2 pack, the fee will be $12. Ticketmaster fees will not be refunded. Please email contact@wingsandwizards.com to reschedule tickets.

 

  • Can you buy a ticket on-site? 

If you are joining a group of under 6 people that already have tickets you are able to add an additional ticket to the group on-site. Regular tickets are not available for purchase on-site and must be purchased online a minimum 1 hour prior to your arrival.  

 

  • Do you provide gift cards?

No, we do not offer gift cards. If you’d like to gift an exhibit experience, please put the giftee's name and email address when purchasing a ticket and they will receive them in their inbox. 

  • Is this exhibit suitable for young children?

Parents, please use your discretion when making this decision. We have had very young children absolutely enjoy the exhibit, while one or two have been slightly overwhelmed. Take a look at our images and videos to help you make this call. The experience is not meant to be scary, but there are numerous light and sound effects. 

  • Do you accept Access 2 cards?

Yes, we do. When buying a ticket, please add the free Access 2 card option at purchase. You will be required to show your valid card and ID at the doors. If a valid Access 2 card is not presented at the point of entry you will need to purchase an additional ticket for $45 at the door.
